I am a new resident. What do I need to do?

Welcome to Stratford! First Contact us and let us know you moved in. Then register on this website. Once we verify you, read the "Information for new residents" page on this site to get started.

I am selling my Stratford home. What do I need to do?

Direct your Real Estate agent or Closing Attorney to the RE Closing Information page on this website. Also, Contact the HOA and let us know you are moving, so we can update our records. A charge for access cards will be assessed to purchasers at closing, but if you pass cards on to the new owners, a credit may be applied. Use the contact us link to inform us of this. Share the register link with the new owners so they can become involved!

I misplaced my HOA dues invoice. Where do I send my dues?

Write your HOA property address on your dues check and mail it to:

Can non-residents rent the Stratford clubhouse?

No. Only Stratford residents can rent the clubhouse. Additional information is on the Clubhouse Rental Information page.

Who do I contact about renting the clubhouse?

Contact the clubhouse person listed on the HOA Board Members page. Additional information about renting the clubhouse is on the clubhouse rental page.

Can non-residents join the Stratford pool?

No. Due to insurance requirements, the pool is only available to Stratford residents.

Do I need to get new HOA key cards every year?

No. Access key cards were issued to all homeowners in the Spring of 2015. They are reusable year after year. As long as the homeowner keeps their dues paid, their cards are enabled.

I lost my access key cards or want additional cards. Can I get more?

Yes, however there is a cost. Replacement or additional key cards are $25 each. Contact the HOA for replacement cards.
