2024 Dues

Regular Dues $385    ($388 paid electronically)
If paid/postmarked by Feb. 24th.  ($25 discount, $360)  ($363 if paid electronically)
If paid/postmarked May 1 or later ($35 late fee)  $420. 

Again this year, we are continuing the option for Homeowners to elect to receive Invoices online and to pay their invoices electronically.  Please remember this is a process – it may not be perfect, but over time, we will continue to refine it.

If you want to pay electronically:

1. Complete and submit the form below.
2. In the next couple of weeks, you will receive an invoice from Intuit.  Last year,  a few homeowners reported their invoices going to "junk" or "spam" folders.  If you’ve requested an electronic invoice but did not receive it, check there first.  If it's not there, contact the Board at [email protected].
3. When you receive your invoice via email, it will have a “Pay” button.  Click the button and follow the prompts to submit your payment.  This invoice is directly linked to Intuit, a major online card acceptance company.  No-one related to Stratford has access to your financial data.
4. As with last year, we can only accept ACH transactions, i.e."electronic checks."  No credit or debit cards.
5. As standard practice  for online vendors, a convenience fee of $3 will be added to your invoice. If you want to avail yourself of the $25 early payment discount, choose the pay other amount option and enter $363.00 provided you pay on or before February 24th. After that, you will pay $388.00  Invoices containing late fees, fines, or past due amounts must be be handled by check.
6. If you request an electronic invoice, please pay it that way.  It is time consuming to make changes.
